Cancellation Policy
- 8 days prior or more: no charge
- 4-7 days prior: 30% of the total tour cost
- 2-3 days prior: 50% of the total tour cost
- 24 hours prior or less: 100% of the total tour cost
Inclement Weather
- In case of inclement weather, we may switch to a semi-walking tour (using a car for some parts) at no extra charge. You will be notified by 7:00 PM the night before.
- If the tour is canceled due to severe weather, we will not charge a cancellation fee.
Points of Attention
- Tour routes will be adjusted as needed (e.g. lunch before or after visiting the Gansho-in Temple)
- We recommend purchasing travel insurance for added peace of mind. Minimum coverage is included.
- Please wear comfortable walking shoes (and warm socks in the winter).
- In rare cases, if we cannot secure a guide, the tour may be canceled with a full refund. You will be notified at least one day in advance.
- Participants are responsible for any damage to their personal belongings during the tour or any additional activities.
- We cannot be held responsible for any accidents or issues that may arise during the tour.
