Refund policy

Cancellation Fees (per person):

After the travel contract is established, if the customer cancels the contract for personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply. However, if the travel package's pricing varies based on the number of people per room, each customer will be charged for any price difference resulting from a change in the room occupancy.

Date of Cancellation / Cancellation Fee

  1. Cancellation on or before the 21st day prior to the travel start date
    (For one-day trips, on or before the 11th day)
    No charge

  2. Cancellation from the 20th day to the 8th day prior to the travel start date
    (For one-day trips, from the 10th day to the 8th day)
    20% of the travel fee

  3. Cancellation from the 7th day to the 2nd day prior to the travel start date
    30% of the travel fee

  4. Cancellation on the day before the travel start date
    40% of the travel fee

  5. Same-day cancellation (excluding case 6 below)
    50% of the travel fee

  6. Cancellation after travel has started or no-show without notice
    100% of the travel fee
